It’s Friday Friday gotta get down on Friday..
Ok I’ll stop.

Yo camp was so sick today! We started off with an amazing meal of Charleston, South Carolina grits, eggs and bacon! We were amped up about the sun being out and an actual full day of no rain!

Badges were flying all over today! After a solid spring training Thomas P-Z earned his junior baseball and is on his way to the majors. Some big swims went out today too with Liam B. swimming his loon and Noah T. completing his duck!  Roberto M., Niko T. and Noah T. all earned the tough senior basketball badge and put those skills to use later in the day. Stay tuned.

The cubs trip had a great time hiking and jumping into the infamous emerald pool. We impressed to hear about Mac H’s help the other fellow attitude during the thunder storm. Nice job dude!

So flagpole rolled around and all was normal until.. here comes the bride..huh? What? A wedding at flagpole?! Yup, there was a surprise wedding! It was a beautiful ceremony with lovely vows and the outdoor reception was classy and fun. The mother of the bride, maid of honor and best man all delivered eloquent speeches. We even got to enjoy some dancing and wedding cake.

For evening activity the campers took on the staff in a close basketball game.  With the help of other awesome campers and never give up attitude the campers prevailed!
