Grand Centennial Celebration Weekend

Alumni and their families are cordially invited to return to McWain Hill for a weekend of camp activities, special events, and fellowship.

Friday, Aug 14th at 1:00pm – Sunday, Aug 16th at 12:00pm

Registration

Online registration will open in January 2026.

Prices include participation in all activities, events, and meals during the Grand Centennial Celebration. Friday and Saturday evening include Salty Snacks and seated, catered dinners with complimentary beer, wine, and canned cocktails.

Adults age 25+$450.00 per person
Young adults ages 18-25$350.00 person
Children ages 5-17$250.00 per person
Children under 4Free

Payment plans will be available. We are committed to ensuring that the reunion is accessible to all alumni who would like to attend. If the cost of attendance is a hardship please contact us for accommodations.

Accommodations

Overnight accommodations are limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis for an additional fee as follows:

BYO Tent or Camper
Pitch your own tent or camper onsite. $100 for the weekend
Glamping in the Upper Field
We’ve partnered with The Pop-Up BnB to provide ‘glamping’ bell tent rental in the upper field. Tents can be configured to accommodate 5-8 people depending on the setup. Upon arrival at camp you will be directed to your assigned tent which will already be set up for you.

Hampton Inn Oxford
The Inn is approximately 18 miles from Birch Rock Camp. Book by July, 15th 2026 to receive the group rate of $299/night.
