First off, huge shout out and thank you to the amazing staff at camp this summer! We have such a hard working, funny and helpful crew, it’s amazing and so fun! I’m so glad these lucky campers get to learn from and hangout with this cool, diverse group of caring role models. Thank you staff! I’m in! 

Nothing better than a Sunday late wake up after a rainy night. As the pitter patter of rain in the metal roofed slowed to a warm sunny morning the bell brought us all together for coffee and flag pole. After a delicious scrambled egg breakfast, we headed back for Sunday clean up, which is the most fun of all the clean ups. Fun music, sweeping, mopping, changing sheets and good times with the cabin. It’s so sick! The trunks were all folded and the cabins were super sharp today! Wow! Shout out to Abe C., Raphael S. , Tom C., Connor P. , Liam B.  and Roberto M. For having some amazing trunks! Parents if you’re reading this, you have some amazing folders coming home.  

After Jon’s famous turkey dinner at lunch time. We all headed out to compete in the 2024 BRC Olympics! It was great until the weather changed rapidly as it tends to do in this region. Camp songs and a general swim were awesome! A lovely tree talk about joy brought the day to a peaceful, thoughtful close. Birch Rock is the best place to try new things and help people! Bringing joy and smiles to many faces.
